Document versioning
Store many versions of the same document, download or revert to a previous version. Each version can have its own separate access control too.

The CSS for cabinet names in document cards was updated to wrap around long cabinet names that would not normally fit in the card.
The mirroring test code was updated to not assume that a local filesystem was being used. Documents files are now deleted in the test using the document storage driver entry from the database.
Include non Mayan app translations when switching locales. This change allows password forms that contain translated texts processed outside Mayan, to properly switch language when the user locale is updated.
A fix was added to avoid document references in workflows that use a cascade of state actions, to become stale as each state action modifies the document.
